From Portugal to Europe. Matglow has presented its technological innovation in the fight against SARS-CoV-2 at various national and international events. The company has shown experts, professionals and researchers the results obtained during the research project.

In 2021, Matglow was invited to give an online oral presentation at MODTISSIMO on: "Development of a UV radiation solution for sanitising and cleaning surfaces" as part of "Technological Innovation and Developments to combat COVID-19". Matglow was also present at the IUVA World Congress organised by the International Ultraviolet Association, with an oral presentation on: ‘New solution for efficient and simultaneous air and surface disinfection using UV-C technology’ and at the 31st European Congress of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, with the presentation of a poster on: ‘Effective use of UV-C irradiation as a tool for inactivating SARS-CoV-2 on porous and non-porous surfaces’.

In 2022, he presented a poster on ‘Reducing the risk of indoor transmission of SARS CoV 2 using UV C-2 disinfection’ at the Indoor Air 2022 conference as part of the Symposium on the indoor microbiome and disease transmission, which led to the publication of a technical-scientific article.
2022 was also the year to attend the European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC), an online technology meeting on UV disinfection where the challenges facing the sector were sought out and the entire value chain was brought together to tackle them.

In 2023, Matglow attended the European Biophysics Congress in Sweden, where it presented a poster on ‘Multisurface disinfection based on UV-C irradiation to mitigate the transmission of SARS-CoV-2’.
