The UVtizer - Multifunctional sanitizer project aims to develop a multifunctional device for disinfecting/sterilising surfaces to combat COVID-19.

Combining research and development of new innovative solutions specifically suited to fighting this pandemic, but also efficient for fighting other viruses and bacteria and for disinfection and sterilisation in everyday situations.

This device will combine different technologies, including the use of UV-C radiation, which has been scientifically proven to be effective in inactivating viruses from the coronavirus family, sensing, robotics, mechanics, ventilation and the functionalisation of materials, to quickly and efficiently disinfect/sterilise surfaces, spaces, materials and air.

Main objectives/Activities

Integration of UV-C radiation

Integration of sensing, mechanical, ventilation and material functionalisation systems to quickly and efficiently disinfect/sterilise surfaces, spaces, materials and air

Mobile device that is easy to transport and adapts to the surface to be disinfected/sterilised
